- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp salt

- ½ cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish (8×8 or similar). - Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the peach slices, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into the baking dish. - Make the Crumble:
