Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor recently took to Instagram to share her excitement after rewatching the re-released print of the cult classic Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari—a beloved Telugu fantasy film originally released in 1990.
Dressed in a custom retro-style jacket featuring the movie’s iconic logo and images of the lead actors, Janhvi expressed her deep admiration for the cinematic masterpiece. “Obsessed with this jacket!!!! Obsessssssssed with this movie!!!!” she wrote, capturing her pure joy and nostalgia.
She lovingly praised her mother, the late Sridevi, calling her “an angel fairy princess and so funny and so cute,” while also acknowledging the legendary Chiranjeevi for his unmatched humor and swagger. Janhvi also applauded Raghavendra Rao’s visionary direction, Amrish Puri’s unforgettable presence, and the film’s music, costumes, and timeless storytelling.
