Booking Conditions

• 30+ Days Notice: Full refund minus booking fee (5% of total)
• 15-29 Days Notice: 25% cancellation fee applies
• 7-14 Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 7 Days: 100% cancellation fee (full booking amount)

• Weather Conditions: Outdoor shoots cancelled due to severe weather incur reduced fees (25% of booking).
• Talent Illness: Medical certificate required. Rebooking within 30 days incurs no additional fees.
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions result in full refund minus processing fees.
• Client Changes: Creative direction changes requiring different talent incur standard cancellation fees.

• Travel and accommodation costs already incurred will be charged separately
• International bookings may have different cancellation terms due to visa and travel requirements
• Makeup, hair, and wardrobe team cancellations follow the same fee structure

Transportation: Business class for international flights (8+ hrs), Premium economy for short flights, airport transfers, local transport during shoot.

Accommodation: 4-star minimum, single occupancy, within 30 minutes of shoot location, check-in night before, check-out after shoot.

Meals & Incidentals: $75/day allowance, catering on shoot days, dietary restrictions accommodated, hotel wifi included.

Documentation: Visa processing, work permits, travel insurance, health & safety briefing.

Coordination: Itinerary planning, 24/7 emergency contact, local support, schedule management.

Talent Support: Pre-travel briefing, cultural guidance, health & safety protocols, post-travel debrief.

Booking Confirmation: 50% deposit within 48 hours.
International Bookings: 75% deposit for visas & travel.
Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment if within 7 days.

Standard Projects: Invoice within 24 hours of booking, final invoice 48 hours after completion, Net 30 terms, late fees 1.5%/month.

Campaign Projects: Milestone-based invoicing, usage invoiced separately, extended terms negotiable, volume discounts available.

Bank Transfer: USD, EUR, GBP, INR. SWIFT details provided. No fees.

Corporate Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. 3% fee. Max $25k per transaction.

Digital Payments: PayPal, Cryptocurrency, Escrow for high-value bookings.

Early Payment Discounts: 2% discount within 10 days, 5% advance annual, 3% loyalty after 10 bookings, partner rates available.

Financial Protection: Covered by professional indemnity, deposit protection, currency hedging, payment plans for startups.

Required Documentation: EU Artist visa (€180-350), US O-1/P-3 ($460-2,500), UK Creative Worker (£244-610), India Employment visa ($25-160).

Process & Responsibility: Agency handles applications, invitations, lawyer liaison, timeline management; client pays fees, ensures legal compliance, travel insurance, 8-week notice.

Tax Withholding: USA 30%, UK 20%, EU 15-45%, India 10-20%
Currency Exchange: Rates locked at booking, 2.5% conversion fee, hedging available, multi-currency billing.
Tax Treaties: Double taxation benefits, residency certificates, professional advice, annual reporting.

Covered Events: Natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, travel bans, venue closures, strikes, civil unrest.

Resolution Process: 48-hour notice, rebooking within 90 days at original rates, full refund if impossible, shared costs, insurance assistance, alternative solutions.

We recommend booking international talent at least 8–12 weeks in advance to allow for visa processing, travel, and scheduling. For multi-talent campaigns or complex shoots, 16 weeks is preferred. Last-minute bookings are possible but may incur extra fees and limited availability.

If talent falls ill, a medical certificate is required. We will provide a replacement if available, or reschedule within 30 days at the original rate without additional booking fees. Any incurred costs (crew, location, catering) remain the client’s responsibility.

Yes. Exclusivity agreements are available for specific categories or full exclusivity. Rates vary from 200–500% higher depending on talent profile and exclusivity scope. Minimum commitment periods range from 6 months to 2 years.

Social media usage is licensed separately from booking fees. Organic posts typically add 25–50% of the booking fee; paid advertising may add 100–200%. Usage is platform- and duration-specific. Talent reposting requires separate negotiation.

Bookings include professional indemnity insurance up to $2M USD. International bookings include travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and equipment loss. Additional coverage for high-value items must be arranged separately.

Physical requirements can be specified for styling or fit (height, measurements, shoe size). All requests must be relevant and non-discriminatory. Talent measurements are provided during selection; unreasonable requests are not accommodated.

Talent must approve any significant retouching that alters body or facial features. Standard color and lighting corrections do not require approval. Agency may request removal of images misrepresenting talent or harming their professional reputation.
